Maom Khmer Cuisine
ម្អម គឺជាភោជនីយដ្ឋានម្ហូបខ្មែរ ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅក្នុងផ្ទះឈើខ្មែរ ជាមួយនឹងការរចនាស្ថាបត្យកម្មបែបប្រពៃណី និងមានអាយុកាលជាង 41 ឆ្នាំ។ ទីតាំងងាយស្រួលរកក្នុងក្រុងសៀមរាប តាមផ្លូវកុម៉ៃ ហើយជិះតែ 10 នាទី ទៅប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្តដែលជាសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក។ ទីតាំងនេះមានភាពទាក់ទាញជាមួយនឹងធាតុផ្សំនៃស្ថាបត្យកម្មប្រពៃណី និងភាពកក់ក្ដៅរបស់បរិយាកាសជុំវិញ វាបានក្លាយទៅជាទីកន្លែងដ៏គួរឱ្យចាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកស្រុក និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរ។
ម្អម ត្រូវបានយកឈ្មោះចេញពីរុក្ខជាតិពិសេសមួយដែលដុះតាមធម្មជាតិក្នុងវាលស្រែ ហើយត្រូវបានប្រើជាគ្រឿងផ្សំសំខាន់ក្នុងម្ហូបខ្មែរជាច្រើនមុខ។

MAOM is a Khmer Cuisine restaurant located in a Khmer Wooden House with a traditional architectural designing and standing over 40 years. At the convenient location at the center of Siem Reap on the Komai Road and just 10mins drive toward the World’s heritage Angkor Wat Temple. The place is charming abode with its traditional architectural elements and warm, inviting ambiance, has become a beloved place among locals and tourists.
MAOM is named from a special plant which natural growth in the Rice filed and it uses as important ingredient in many Khmer food. Behind its walls, the house serves up a tantalizing array of authentic Khmer cuisine of a selection of traditional Khmer foods and dessert such as pounded beef with rice paddy, amok, kokor soup. These menu showcases the rich culinary heritage of the region, that have nourished people and the many generations of Cambodians. Whether enjoying a leisurely lunch or dinner, visitors are treated to a truly authentic Khmer dining experience, surrounded by the history, traditions, culture and characteristics of this enchanting old and worthy house.
